Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our growing team. The Project Engineer will play a critical role in supporting project management teams by coordinating documentation, assisting with scheduling, managing submittals / RFIs, and ensuring smooth project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project operations.
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Support scheduling, cost tracking, and project forecasting.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Contribute to project closeout by compiling documentation and punch list management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).1–3+ years of experience in construction or project engineering (general contractor experience preferred).Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.What We Offer
