Assembly Technician – Full-Time – 1st Shift

Location : Mesa, AZ

Pay Rate : $17.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM (Overtime Available)

A well-established manufacturer specializing in high-performance RF and microwave components is currently seeking Assembly Technicians to join their production team in Mesa, AZ. This organization supports a wide range of industries including aerospace, telecommunications, defense, and advanced technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform detailed assembly of coaxial connectors, cable assemblies, and related components
  • Use specialized tools including microscopes, manual presses, and precision hand tools
  • Follow production specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency within defined time requirements

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required
  • Ability to handle small parts with precision
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

    • Additional Details :

    This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with room for growth. On-the-job training provided. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
