QUALITY MANAGER - Electronics / Electro-Mech Manufacturing

GNR has been retained by this $50M Electronics Manufacturing organization in need of a “hands-on” QUALITY MANAGER .  They have a solid backlog of business and continue to grow their portfolio within the Commercial, Military & Space industries.

In this " highly visible"  role, you'll own & lead the entire QUALITY program for this division across multiple product lines. You need to have current / recent QUALITY MANUFACTURING experience specific to  electronics or electro-mechanical assemblies.

• Manage & ensure that 3rd party suppliers meet compliance & testing requirements
• Mentor and develop a team of ~15 members
• You will play a critical role in improving QMS policies, processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with department leaders – Supply Chain / Programs / Engineering on all quality initiatives along with root cause analysis to ensure compliance & corrective actions
• Manage internal & external audit requirements & MRB activities.
