The Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-driven, collaborative, and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations for a portfolio of healthcare companies, including skilled nursing and home health / hospice entities. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate reporting, maintain compliance, and help guide sound financial decisions that support our mission.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead general ledger accounting for multiple entities.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes for timely, accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial statements and variance analysis across locations.
  • Manage and reconcile intercompany accounts .
  • Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
  • Provide financial insights to operational teams.
  • Mentor and develop accounting team members.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
  • 3+ years of accounting experience (healthcare industry preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across entities.
  • A collaborative leader with high integrity and strong communication skills.
