Network Systems Analyst

A company is looking for an Analyst, Systems NonExempt. Key Responsibilities Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network systems to ensure optimal performance and availability Provide technical support and document network configurations while responding to alerts and outages Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to optimize network performance and coordinate equipment replacements Required Qualifications Associate degree in computer networking or equivalent work experience Minimum of one year of experience supporting and monitoring network systems in an enterprise environment Formal training or direct experience with enterprise-level computer network systems and Windows platforms Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems Knowledge of Cisco network devices and familiarity with DHCP services
