    Position Summary : We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Doctors, and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine to join our growing family practice. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality primary care services. This role will involve managing a broad spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive care, and patient education.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and pediatric patients in a family practice setting.
    • Perform physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions.
    • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs and imaging.
    • Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens in compliance with DEA and state regulations.
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical assistants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
    • Qualifications :

    • NP / PA Candidates : Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with a valid license to practice as an NP or PA in the state.
    • MD / DO Candidates : Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with an active state medical license.
    • Experience : Minimum of 3-4 years of clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine.
    • Certification : Board certification in family practice or primary care specialty.
    • DEA License : Required for prescribing controlled substances.
    • Skills and Competencies :

    • Proficiency in managing a wide range of primary care conditions for both adult and pediatric patients.
    • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
