We are seeking an experienced Endpoint / Linux Engineer to support Amazon Fresh technology as it transitions to our team. The ideal candidate will focus on supporting retail endpoint devices (scales / printers) that integrate with Linux systems in AWS.
Key job responsibilities
- Support and maintain retail endpoint devices integrated with Linux systems in AWS
- Manage and troubleshoot Red Hat / CentOS / Ubuntu Linux operating systems
- Develop and implement solutions for retail endpoint devices, particularly scales and printers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between enterprise (AWS and on-prem) server solutions and retail devices
- Contribute to DevOps practices and release management for production environments
