What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the front-line voice of the campaigns you represent—helping nonprofit partners connect with the public in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities :
Represent nonprofit organizations at live events , fundraisers , and community outreach programs
Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
Share powerful messages about social causes, nonprofit missions , and community needs
Educate individuals on each nonprofit’s goals, impact , and ways to get involved
Build relationships that foster long-term donor engagement and support
Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure successful campaign execution
Uphold our company values of integrity, compassion, and professionalism
