Job Title : Sales Associate At StretchLab Scarsdale, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in fostering a welcoming environment for our clients while promoting our unique assisted stretching services. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them understand how our services can enhance their flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being. This position is essential in driving sales and contributing to our mission of helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Key Responsibilities : - Greet and engage clients in a friendly and professional manner. - Educate clients about the benefits of assisted stretching and our various membership options. - Conduct sales presentations and explain services to potential clients. - Maintain a clean and organized studio environment. - Manage client scheduling and follow-up communications. - Collaborate with the stretching team to ensure a seamless client experience. - Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Required Qualifications and Skills : - High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Passion for health and fitness, with a basic understanding of wellness concepts. - Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other sales software. Preferred Experience : - Previous sales experience, preferably in the health and wellness industry. - Knowledge or experience in fitness, personal training, or physical therapy is a plus.
