Position Overview :

The Coordinator supports Global Client Servicing (GCD) operations with a focus on localization, reporting, and new release requirements. This role helps drive efficiency by managing servicing data, consolidating requirements, and supporting project tracking for content localization and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Localization Orders :

  • Prepare and issue localization orders for GCD Licensing and Transactional servicing across features and series.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, specs, and localization strategy.

New Release Requirements :

  • Consolidate servicing requirements for new release titles, including dubs and subtitles.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to gather and confirm specifications.
  • Reporting Consolidation :

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly operations reporting, including tracking missed deliveries by region.
  • Support Finance and senior management with delivery metrics.
  • Project Management Reporting :

  • Help prepare and maintain status updates, weekly servicing reports, and key performance metrics for mastering and localization activity.
  • Ensure data is accurate, current, and distributed to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of experience in media localization, operations, or content servicing preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
