We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-grade restaurant software that enables scalable innovation across brands and markets. This individual will combine deep customer empathy, technical acumen, and operational rigor to deliver solutions that transform the enterprise restaurant tech stack.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for high-impact enterprise software solutions.
- Partner with engineering, UX, and operations to build scalable platforms that support Yum!’s global brand portfolio.
- Prioritize product investments based on ROI, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- Develop and evangelize a long-term product vision for the Back of House product
Product Execution & Delivery
Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and release plans.Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for bb features.Partner with technical leads to scope work, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery.Track KPIs and usage analytics to validate product success and inform iteration.Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
Build trusted relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including brand leads, operations, legal, and finance.Serve as the voice of the customer and the business in agile ceremonies.Lead quarterly planning and product reviews, ensuring transparency and alignment with brand goals.Partner with enablement and support to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.Customer & Market Understanding
Conduct regular discovery with brand operators, GMs, and franchisees to understand pain points and opportunities.Stay informed on competitive landscape, restaurant operations technology, and emerging enterprise trends.Use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive customer-centric product decisions.Balance enterprise customization needs with platform scalability and maintainability.Required & Preferred Qualifications :
years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or platform technology.Proven ability to manage multiple product areas and scale solutions across diverse user groups.Experience leading end-to-end product development in cross-functional, Agile teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Technical fluency to collaborate with engineering and make informed trade-offs.Demonstrated track record of delivering user-focused, impactful enterprise products.BA / BS degree required; MBA or technical degree preferred.A few of our perks :
