STORE MANAGER & ASSISTANT MANAGER

Oberweis Dairy is seeking friendly Managers with a passion for people!

Available Positions + Locations :

Store Managers - Ballwin, MO and Edwardsville, IL
Assistant Managers - Oakville, MO, Kirkwood, MO, and Edwardsville, IL

Pay Ranges :

Store Manager - $45,000 to $56,000 + bonus

Assistant Manager - $40,000 to $44,000 + bonus

Skills We’re Looking For :

Previous Store Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a Restaurant or Retail environment

A High School Diploma or GED is required. A Bachelor's degree is a plus!

An understanding of Restaurant Operations, food preparation and service standards.

Financial Management and budget experience.

Cash Handling and POS Systems experience.

Inventory Management and managing food costs.

Time Management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and met deadlines.
