Manager Of Erp Software Development

LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing manufacturing company to hire a Manager Of Erp Software Development. This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll modernize, optimize, and own the ERP systems that keep manufacturing, distribution, and finance operations running. If you're a hands-on technical leader who thrives on solving complex challenges, mentoring a team, and building the next generation of enterprise applications, this role is for you. This position is 100% on-site in Elgin, IL.

Manager Of Erp Software Development Responsibilities :

Lead the development, enhancement, and modernization of ERP applications
Architect scalable solutions using C#, .NET 8, Blazor, EF Core, and SQL Server
Mentor a small team of developers and manage project delivery timelines
Partner with business leaders across manufacturing, distribution, and finance to align IT solutions with operations
Shape resource strategies, balancing onshore and offshore development support

Manager Of Erp Software Development Requirements :

5+ years of hands-on development experience is required.

Advanced knowledge of C#.NET, .NET Core, Blazor, and SQL Server is required.

Experience with architecture design, Windows environments, and enterprise application patterns

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Visual Studio 2022

At least 1 year of technical leadership or mentorship experience Great communication skills

Bonus Skills :

Migrating VB.NET to C#

Experience with Syncfusion components, Quartz.NET, or ERP systems.
