With a legacy of healing over 65,000 patients, we're expanding, and we're looking for passionate, driven, and experienced Clinic Directors to help lead our growth and uphold the values that set us apart. We are currently hiring Clinic Directors for several locations across Southeast Michigan

Your Responsibilities :

As a Clinic Director at Neil King PT, you will :

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care and a positive team culture
  • Mentor and support your clinical staff to ensure clinical excellence and continued development
  • Evaluate, treat, and manage a diverse caseload of orthopedic and specialty patients
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to drive growth and community engagement
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and billing guidelines
  • Track clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
  • Represent Neil King PT's commitment to individualized, compassionate care in your local community

Qualifications :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT, MPT) in the state of Michigan
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (leadership experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for mentorship, collaboration, and building a cohesive team
  • Proven ability to build patient and physician relationships
  • Commitment to evidence-based care and continued learning
