Horizontal Talent has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Event Designer to work with our client on an exclusive event in Philadelphia. This contract Event Designer role offers an attractive pay rate for your creative expertise.

As an Event Designer, you will create the overall design and concept and help execute it. These are exclusive events that will bring together executives, and you can expect to work on the interior, experience, and spatial design sides of events.

We are looking for a Designer to create high-profile, large-budget events for Fortune 50 companies and brands. You can expect to help design the event, including picking out the couches and pillows, what the menus look like, the vibe and event flow, scouting the location, special elements, and every detail, down to how the napkins should be folded.

To apply for this Event Designer position, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include :

• A portfolio with large conferences or annual events
• Some influencer event experience would be transferable, but only if it were for larger or luxurious brand trips, not smaller popup events at music festivals
• Interior design and spatial design experience
• Ability to coordinate effectively with a wide variety of people and vendors.
