Salary : $50,000.00-$58,000.00

ExpressPoint has a full-time opportunity for an ISO Coordinator in our East El Paso facility. This position leads companywide coordination of ISO standards. Manages all aspects of the Quality Management Systems (QMS), including document control, ISO training, internal audits, process improvement, and quality reporting. Plays a key role participating in external audits.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), staying abreast of requirements.
  • Leads internal QMS audits, ensuring our systems and products meet compliance. Prepares yearly QMS audit schedule. Schedules and leads quarterly management review meetings.
  • Coordinates external QMS audits. Leads initiatives to ensure adequate preparation. Participates in external audits. Ensures effective and timely closure of audit findings.
  • Implement and update quality management system documents as needed.
  • Manages all controlled documents in our system. Distribute controlled documents.
  • Manages corrective action / preventative action reports. Ensures timely closure for assigned actions.
  • Assist with quality reporting to internal and external customers / stakeholders. Tracks data and trends related to ISO / quality objectives and targets.
  • Ensure timely, tactful, and respectful communication with all internal and external customers.
  • Enforces all policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • Education : Associate degree preferred or an equivalent level of experience
  • Experience : Minimum 3 years of quality and auditing experience. Previous work experience within an electronics repair, manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred
  • Thorough understanding and proficiency with ISO 9001 Standards
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and creating / delivering presentations
  • Ability to analyze information and strong data reporting skills
