A company is looking for a Compliance Operations Associate. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the company's annual compliance training program Track contract inventory and serve as a point of contact for third-party contract vendors Lead support ticket management and assist with compliance documentation and project management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 2-4 years of experience in compliance or risk management within banking, financial services, or consumer lending Familiarity with federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with shifting priorities and emerging compliance functions
