Rentex is seeking a highly motivated Client Relations Manager who will be responsible for selling our products and services to existing customers of Rentex in the Las Vegas market. The selected candidate will be required to work in tandem with Account Managers to develop relationships with existing clients to maximize rental revenue and handle customer issues in the best interest of Rentex. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales and help Rentex remain a leader in our industry!

What you will work on.

• Work with Account Managers to resolve customer issues involving changes to orders, pricing, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction while keeping the interests of Rentex in mind
• Utilize available tools to establish and grow strong relationships with key decision makers
• Fully develop existing accounts in order to maximize revenue potential by identifying all key decision makers
• Communicate customer issues quickly and efficiently to Account Managers and Management
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales
• Manage weekly and monthly appointment activity
• Attend networking events both during and after business hours
• Maintain daily, in-depth reporting of visits
• Remain current on product knowledge, trends, and initiatives within the audio visual & computer rental industry
• Consistently improve knowledge of Rentex rental inventory through self-study, monthly team presentations, and product training sessions

We also service areas outside of our current locations and we can ship or deliver nationwide within 24 hours.
