Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and prospective tenants
- Respond promptly to rental inquiries and efficiently match clients with available properties
- Schedule and conduct property showings
- Assist clients through the application and leasing process
- Negotiate lease terms and successfully close rental transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available inventory and market trends

Responsibilities :
Follow up daily with all incoming rental leads through phone, email, and CRM systemsPromptly answer incoming calls, emails, and text inquiries from clients and landlordsSchedule and conduct property tours , maintaining a professional and service-oriented demeanorCommunicate effectively and clearly with landlords, property managers, and listing agentsAdvertise available properties through the MLS, social media, email campaigns, and other promotional channelsPresent properties and amenities in a positive, compelling way to prospective tenantsDetermine prospective clients’ needs, preferences, and budget , and match them to suitable rental propertiesAssist clients with rental applications , verifying documentation and confirming referencesNegotiate lease terms and conditions in a professional manner to secure successful transactionsProcess rental paperwork efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsStay knowledgeable about local rental market trends, available inventory, pricing, and competitionUphold company standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all timesPromote management services to prospective clients, highlighting residential and commercial property management opportunitiesMaintain organized records of client communications, showing activities, and lease statusesApproach each day with a proactive mindset, positive attitude, and unwavering enthusiasm for helping people find their next homeQualifications :
