Inside Sales Manager

A company is looking for an Associate Inside Sales Manager Player / Coach to manage a team and drive sales in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop Inside Sales Representatives, including performance reviews and compliance monitoring Communicate regularly with clients and assist in planning and delivering training and sales meetings Monitor compliance with promotional programs and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities Required Qualifications Four-Year College Degree required Minimum 2 to 5 years of Inside Sales Management experience Minimum 2 to 5 years of pharmaceutical / device inside sales experience Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships Proven ability to meet or exceed defined territory sales goals
