What We Are Looking For

Baylor University’s Learning Technologies team is seeking a Project Coordinator who will provide support for the planning, organization, and coordination of projects within the department. This position will assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure initiatives are completed efficiently and in alignment with departmental and University priorities. The Project Coordinator will collaborate with faculty, staff, and campus partners to support the successful implementation of instructional technology and digital learning solutions.

An Associate’s degree and two years of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor’s degree and four years of relevant work experience are preferred.

A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement.

  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

  • Follow detailed procedures to set up devices and load configuration / programming files for all equipment prior to scheduled installation
  • Manage financial transactions including purchasing and departmental transfers for all Learning Spaces audiovisual installation projects
  • Document and track expenditures
  • Complete training as required to maintain system access and purchasing authority
  • Oversee receipt and organization of equipment ordered to ensure preparation for scheduled project installations
  • Collect and input inventory information to maintain accurate inventory records of all equipment
  • Assist with on-campus audiovisual installation projects during times of high demand
  • Assist with providing support for classroom technology issues, including answering trouble calls or email tickets during times of high demand
  • Work with vendors and equipment manufacturers to manage warranty and repair tickets
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
  • Ability to comply with university policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
