Your Role :

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will provide compassionate and high-quality therapy to patients in their homes. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities :

Implement therapy treatment plans as directed by the PT

Provide therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and patient education

Document patient progress and communicate updates to the PT and care team

Travel locally to patient homes

Help patients and families understand care plans and therapy goals

What You Need :

Active PTA license in the state of Texas

CPR Certification

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Strong communication and time management skills

Home health experience is a plus, but not required

A genuine passion for patient care and helping others
