Requirements :

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution. Doctorate preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).

College or university teaching experience.

Preferred :

  • Familiarity with online and hybrid teaching platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, or similar learning management systems).
  • Relevant industry experience (e.g., banking, investments, corporate finance, consulting) to bridge theory and practice in the classroom.

  • Adaptability : Capacity to adjust teaching strategies based on student feedback and evolving tech tools.
  • Time Management : Effective planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks in a remote teaching setting.
  • Feedback : Ability to provide constructive feedback to enhance student learning.
  • Cultural Awareness : Sensitivity and adaptability to diverse student backgrounds and needs.
