What You'll Do (Remotely!)

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent , you'll :

  • Support and Strengthen Relationships : Provide prompt, professional, and compassionate support to our policyholders.
  • Drive Retention and Loyalty : Conduct policy reviews, process documentation, and assist clients with changes or claims.
  • Proactively Generate Leads : Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities within our existing client base and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Ensure Communication Excellence : Use phone, email, and virtual tools to maintain clear and timely communication with clients.
  • Policy Review and Analysis : Evaluate renewals based on client needs and coverage goals.

    • What We Offer

    Competitive Salary with No Cap on Commissions

    45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year (based on experience)

    Bonus + Commission Opportunities

    • Requirements

  • Property & Casualty License required
  • Allstate Experience is a plus but not required
  • Life & Health License is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently
  • Passion for helping others and a strong internal drive to succeed
