Position Summary
As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for Ocean / Air Freight Forwarding department, in accordance with organizational policy and procedure, and to comply with relevant local, country and international law and processes. Maintain the business flow of the department. Ensure all levels of compliance are met in the operation process. Supervise the staff to make sure they are using all the tools available to achieve operational and financial goals of the department. You will oversee a team and ensure that all processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
