The Kay Bates Team at RE / MAX Excellence is looking for a motivated Listing Agent ready to plug into a high-performance environment. If you’re confident with clients, love the listing side of the business, and want to grow with a team that offers structure, support, and real momentum—this is your opportunity.

You’ll have access to listing lead systems, one-on-one coaching, and the chance to work with experienced producers. This role is designed for agents who are ready to sharpen their skills, build their brand, and close more deals.

Compensation : 140,000 at plan

Responsibilities :

  • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
  • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
  • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service

    • Qualifications :

  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
  • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
