Responsibilities :

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with a primary focus on elastomer products
• Support customers with application-specific solutions across sealants, adhesives, and coatings
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies targeting key industries and accounts
• Maintain strong pipeline activity, meet sales goals, and deliver value-driven proposals
• Work closely with internal teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
