Your Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and schedule follow-ups for sales appointments

Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using approved scripts and templates

Provide customers with initial product details and direct them to appropriate dealership resources

Present preliminary financing options tailored to customer needs

Proactively follow up with leads, including those not ready to commit or who miss appointments

Collaborate in team and process improvement sessions to maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and management

Utilize the dealerships CRM system daily for lead tracking and updates
