Job Description

After joining Cahoot, you will leverage your inbound and outbound product marketing skills to enhance our market position.

You will develop sales & marketing content and go-to-market strategies for Cahoot, including segment-specific messaging, positioning, and campaigns. You will collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to create and execute integrated marketing plans. Your deep understanding of our products and competitors will help generate qualified prospects for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead demand generation programs through website content, webinars, articles, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Create compelling content to increase brand awareness and site traffic.
  • Implement and execute marketing plans for inbound and outbound campaigns (SEO, SEM, Link Building, freelancers), managing projects from start to finish.
  • Own projects and be accountable for their success.
  • Assess online marketing effectiveness, draw conclusions, and recommend improvements.
  • Align marketing and sales strategies, providing tools like collateral, virtual events, and branding for business development.
  • Build strategic industry partnerships with companies like Shippo, FedEx, ChannelAdvisor, BigCommerce, Shopify, etc., working with the CEO and Business Development team.
  • Provide reports, insights, and strategic suggestions based on industry best practices and personal experience.
  • Research and produce sell sheets, case studies, web content, and brochures efficiently based on market and industry data.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in product or technology marketing within the ecommerce or logistics industry.

Knowledge Needed

  • Excellent writing skills and awareness of ecommerce trends.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking with knowledge of search engines, social media, and B2B advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital B2B lead generation channels like Marketo, SEO, Landing Pages, Google Adwords PPC.
  • Strong quantitative skills to monitor budgets, ROI, and data analysis for future planning.
  • Web analytics skills with tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, MOZ.
  • Passion for success and a competitive attitude.
  • Mature, proactive, and results-oriented with high urgency and focus.
  • Encourages others to grow beyond current capabilities.
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
