Business Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Key Responsibilities Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact Create systems and business process models, specifications, and documentation for developers and project teams Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle and communicate changes to stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) 2 - 4 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and skills Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions is desired Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies Ability to work independently and seek knowledge in the area of specialty
