HEI Civil is seeking an experienced Survey Rodman. Qualified individuals will also have excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting Crew Leader – Holding GPS / UTS equipment for distance measuring and ensuring the survey area is ready for measurements.
  • Equipment Holding – Transporting and helping set up survey instruments like UTS , GPS and other survey tools.
  • Equipment Maintenance – Cleaning and maintaining the survey equipment and vehicle.
  • Follow Instruction – Understand / follow instruction from the party chief and other crew members.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Good organization skills.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • 10-30 hour OSHA training (preferred).
  • Strong / effective communication skills and ability to develop client relationships.
  • Education and Experience :

  • Education : High school diploma or GED (Bachelors Preferred).
  • Experience : 0-1 years of survey experience.
  • Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions :

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Repetitive hand / arm / leg movements.
  • High-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations.
  • Must have physical strength and endurance.
  • Job Type : Exempt, Full-time

    Salary : Based on Experience
