Named Best NYC Restaurant by Conde Nast Traveller 2024.  Chica and the Don  aims to celebrate the traditions and flavors of Latin America while offering a modern twist in a lively and fun atmosphere.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interact with guests
  • Maintain dining ambiance with a positive ambiance
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the venue
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
  • Complete all side work relevant to operations of venue
  • Follow all company policies, guidelines, and procedures

    • Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of experience as a server in upscale casual restaurants / bar in New York
  • Toast POS training
  • Personable, positive, hospitable with a sharp sense of urgency while creating a warm & welcoming experience for guests
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume space
  • Attention to detail, and a great team player
