We areseeking a reliable and detail-oriented Batching Operator to join our production team at a leading water company in Bakersfield, CA . The Batching Operator will be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and batching materials used in the production of products. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and production efficiency
Temp to Hire
Pay Rate : $19.00 / HR
Monday-Friday 5pm-5 : 30am (Must be available to work overtime and holidays)
Must be available to rotate schedules every 4 months
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate batching equipment and systems safely and efficiently
- Follow precise formulas and instructions to measure and mix ingredients
- Monitor and record batch data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Conduct quality checks and report any deviations or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Comply with all safety and company procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
