Aspen Contracting is seeking a detail-driven Production Support Specialist to support roofing project coordination and logistics. This role involves reviewing paperwork, ordering materials, scheduling subcontractors, and assisting with payroll. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and bring sharp organizational skills. Familiarity with construction or shingle roofing is a plus.
Schedules needed :
Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Monday- Friday 1pm-9pm

- Coordinate job scheduling and material deliveries
- Manage paperwork, invoices, and job documentation
- Maintain reports and track project status
- Process bi-weekly subcontractor payroll
