Concierge Security Specialist
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge Security Specialist at a high-profile corporate office building. This position is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent service. No prior security experience is requiredcomprehensive training will be provided.
You will serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors while also supporting access control, light building maintenance, and general safety awareness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist all employees, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy
- Issue visitor badges and manage access logs using electronic or manual systems
- Answer phones and respond to general inquiries or direct them to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk or lobby area
- Monitor entrances and common areas to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Enforce building access policies and report any suspicious or unauthorized activity
- Conduct regular walk-throughs of the lobby, restrooms, and common areas
- Assist in emergency procedures, including evacuations or lockdowns if necessary
- Identify and report maintenance or cleanliness issues (e.g., spills, lighting, HVAC concerns)
- Coordinate with janitorial or facilities teams for timely issue resolution
- Ensure public areas are presentable and functioning throughout the shift
- Log incidents, maintenance requests, and visitor activity as needed
