Position Overview :
The Sensory Operations Analyst will support the Sensory & Consumer Experience Team by coordinating and executing sensory operations and consumer testing activities. This role ensures that R&D stakeholders receive accurate, timely, and actionable sensory and consumer insights. Candidates should demonstrate strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentations.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and plan sensory operations harmonization across the Americas, including methods, lexicon, practices, and workflows.
Execute sensory operations capability projects to support research initiatives.
Partner with Category Sensory Scientists to understand and fulfill sensory and consumer testing needs.
Document test goals, objectives, design, and procedures accurately.
Communicate testing schedules to R&D stakeholders and ensure testing materials are prepared on time.
Deliver test results to Category Sensory Scientists with preliminary recommendations and participate in project meetings as needed.
Required Skills & Experience :
2–4 years of relevant quality or research experience.
Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to quickly learn new computer programs.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within multi-functional teams.
Education :
High School Diploma required; some college preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
