job_description.job_card.job_descriptionEfficiently diagnose and resolve a wide range of plumbing emergencies Strong experience with residential plumbing service and troubleshooting Water heater replacements and repairs Fixture replacements (faucets, tubs, toilets) Drain cleaning expertise Proficient use of conventional sewer machines Prep cast iron systems with Picote mini and maxi equipment Jetting lines for thorough cleaning Maintain and service all plumbing equipment Complete comprehensive lining and coating processes Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers Perform thorough inspections and provide accurate replacement or repair quotes 1-5+ years of plumbing experience Strong mechanical aptitude Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn Leak detection and repair experience is a plus Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Commitment to providing exceptional customer service Results-driven in a high-energy environment Ability to follow instructions and work independently Ability to work in various climates (hot, cold, wet weather conditions)
