A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a remote call center position. Key Responsibilities Assist with prescription refill requests and processing Assess callers' needs and utilize the clinical triage process for patient care issues Receive and respond to patient phone calls, directing them to clinicians as needed Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High school graduate or equivalent Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing 2 years' experience as an LPN Compact / multi-state LPN licensure BLS certification
