We're on the hunt for passionate, reliable, and customer-focused folks ready to grow in a fast-paced dispensary environment . As a Dispensary Associate , you'll be the face of Nirvana - helping customers find the right products and delivering the next-level cannabis experience we're known for.

What You'll Be Doing :

Welcoming customers with a smile and a great vibe

Sharing your knowledge and excitement about cannabis products

Helping customers find the best flower, edibles, and concentrates for their needs

Handling transactions with accuracy (and spotting counterfeit bills like a pro)

Keeping your station fresh, stocked, and clean

Teaming up with coworkers to keep the dispensary flowing smoothly

Making sure everything stays compliant with Michigan cannabis laws

Creating the legendary Nirvana Experience for every customer

What You Bring to the Table :

You're 21 or older with a clean background

High School Diploma or GED required

Retail or cannabis experience? Even better!

Strong communication skills & a professional presence

Solid math skills and confidence on a POS system

A team player attitude with a strong work ethic

Open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays - the fun never stops here!
