In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; follow up on leads and existing opportunities to ensure continuous engagementSales Growth & Opportunity Development : Proactively communicate with clients to understand future needs, identify upselling / cross-selling opportunities, and position our products as the best solutionsProject Coordination : Work closely with project managers and other internal teams to ensure assigned accounts and projects are executed on time and exceed customer expectationsSales Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress. Submit weekly work plans outlining priorities and objectivesFlexibility & Responsiveness : Provide timely responses to client inquiries and adapt to evolving project timelines and customer needsQualifications :
Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferredProven sales experience with a track record of building relationships and driving revenueProactive, organized, and a go-getter personalityExceptional customer service, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsComfortable discussing electrical equipment, transformers, low / medium voltage switchgear, switchboards, or industrial products (technical expertise not required)Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple accountsProficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
