Summary of the Opportunity

Client Overview : We are hiring for a leading technology company that specializes in Azure data and is located in Austin, TX.

Role Summary : As an Administrative Support Specialist, your main objective will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to Conor, the manager, and his team. This role is crucial for managing calendars, handling financial tasks, processing expense reports, coordinating travel, and procuring equipment for the team.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Manage Conor's calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Provide team support by handling financial tasks and processing expense reports.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Conor and procure equipment for new team members.
  • Plan occasional events and assist with departmental operations.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the manager.

Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience with calendaring and travel booking.
  • Experience working with Partner VP level executives.
  • Proficiency in using EXCEL and other MS Suite applications.
  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

  • A degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
