Compliance Coordinator Bridgeport CT $,.00 - $,+ Bonus + Paid Relocation We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator to oversee all regulatory compliance activities for various product categories in the US. This role includes :
- Managing labeling, product development compliance, package development, SDS and ingredients statement generation, customer and regulatory compliance needs, consumer regulatory inquiries, and ensuring the safety and efficacy of ingredients.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders such as Marketing, Legal, and Product Development to provide regulatory input for product development, and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
- Supporting QA and Manufacturing with inspections, recalls, and product reviews conducted by regulatory agencies.
- Developing processes and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to various levels of management.
- Staying informed about new regulatory developments and sharing relevant information with the business.
- Keeping up-to-date with advancements in toxicology research to contribute to the development of safer and sustainable products.
- Managing workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- This position is expected to transition to First Quality around Q4 .
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs.Bachelors or Graduate degree in a science-related field, law, regulatory science, business administration, or public health is preferred.Excellent communication skillsAbility to lead projects across different departments and teams.Experience with SAP is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teamsBenefits
