Outbound Sales Specialist (In-Office Role – Full-Time)

About the Role

This is an in-office position focused on outbound calling to homeowners across Central California. You’ll be making warm and cold calls to identify potential customers, educate them on our services, and schedule appointments for our sales and technician teams. If you're goal-driven, coachable, and motivated by results—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to homeowners daily using company scripts and CRM tools
  • Book qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Follow up with previous leads and maintain organized call logs
  • Hit weekly / monthly performance targets
  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Confident, persistent, and self-motivated
  • Prior sales, telemarketing, or call center experience preferred (but not required)
  • Comfortable working from a computer and using CRM software
  • Able to work 30–40 hours per week from our local office
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
