A company is looking for a Manager, Outsourced Accounting for skilled nursing industry clients. Key Responsibilities Identify operational needs and implement solutions for post-acute providers and healthcare clients Maintain awareness of regulatory developments and build trusted relationships with client executives Oversee client accounting engagements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely completion Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field Healthcare industry experience, particularly in post-acute care or skilled nursing Master's degree and CPA are preferred Experience in developing remote team relationships and cultivating staff skills Ability to manage client services within budget and adapt to new technology
