Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The BDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in sales and client relationship-building who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives or account managers.

Research and understand target markets to identify opportunities for outreach.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with company strategy.

Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and pipeline development goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and professional phone and email communication.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
