Lead Studio Content Producer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :  Manage and coordinate all content produced by Haymaker Media, including studio shows, live streams, and remote shows around the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.Produce all shows starting in pre-production, through production, to completion in post-production.Serve as the primary point of contact for all studio productions in Haymaker Studios.Oversee the design and build-out of all graphics and overlays for shows produced in Haymaker Studios.Coordinate with hosts (both on-staff and guest hosts) regarding filming schedules, runsheets, topics, and best practices for content optimization, including supporting discussions with relevant video or graphics.Schedule and manage a content calendar for all of Haymaker Media.Manage the flow of content from Haymaker Studios and live streams to various platforms, including YouTube, social media, over-the-air television and podcast deliverables.Ensure proper file management for all of Haymaker Media. Manage the integration of sponsorships into all live productions.Support other projects in a management, coordinator, or hands-on capacity as needed.QUALIFICATIONS :  Extensive knowledge of YouTube and live stream production, studio operations, and broadcast workflows.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in content management systems and video editing software.Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with hosts, guests, and other stakeholders.Creative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop innovative content solutions.Ability to operate production equipment such as cameras, audio, and lighting.Familiarity and understanding of the DFW sports landscape.Manage sponsorship integration seamlessly within live productions.Strong organizational skills, particularly in file and content management.Experience in managing a YouTube account is essential. Ability to create high quality digital art is considered a tremendous asset. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :  Bachelors degree in Media Production, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in production management, live stream coordination, or a similar role.Previous experience in sports production, studio production, or television production.Proven track record of successfully managing live productions and studio operations.WHY JOIN HAYMAKER NETWORK?Play a foundational role in a fast-growing media brand.Lead YouTube and social media strategy from the ground up.Collaborate with a team of passionate creators and storytellers.High-ownership, low-bureaucracy environment where your ideas shape our future.An environment where a knowledge of sports as well as creative energy and comedic sensibilities are highly valued.
