Create customized insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close sales effectively. Build and maintain networking relationships with key professionals, including Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and others. Proactively prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Genuine willingness to learn, with an intuitive, resourceful, and coachable attitude. Strong self-starter with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently. Confident and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills. Must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
