Job Title : Travel RN – Night Shift (ICU / Med-Surg Experience Preferred) Shift : 3x12s | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts Contract Length : 13 weeks (91 days) Select Medical is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift travel assignment. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality patient care while promoting a culture of safety and supporting a multidisciplinary care team. The RN will supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees, and actively participate in patient rehabilitation and education. Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission Develop and implement individualized care plans Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses Educate patients and families throughout care, beginning at admission Initiate and coordinate discharge planning Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies Participate in unit team-building and quality improvement initiatives

General rehab and medical patients Common diagnoses : post-op, cardiac, trauma, neuro ICU-level patients may be present (1+ year ICU experience is highly preferred)

Active RN license (state-specific or compact)

BLS (AHA) – Required prior to first shift

ACLS (AHA) – Required prior to first shift (CIRH only)

1+ year of ICU experience highly preferred

Focus on safety : including lifting, infection control, falls, and environmental hazards

Orientation and unit-specific training will be provided
