Job Title : 2nd Shift Reach Truck Operator

Location : Winston-Salem, NC

Shift : 2nd Shift

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our 2nd shift team. This position is ideal for individuals with proven reach forklift experience who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in order picking, pallet organization, and supporting receiving operations .

Key Responsibilities :

Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently (HL or LL).

Use RF scanners to accurately pick and stage orders.

Retrieve and organize empty pallets from racks.

Assist the Receiving Department with staging and putting away products.

Perform general housekeeping duties , including sweeping and cleaning work areas.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Requirements :

Reach truck experience is required.

Ability to use RF scanning equipment .

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Willingness to assist in various warehouse tasks as needed. Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse environment .
