Escrow Assistant
As an Escrow Assistant at Old Republic Title, you will provide general administrative assistance to the escrow operation, as well as, customer service support to customers, vendors, and employees. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to : answering the telephone, computer administrative support, including business correspondences (emails, letters, and memos), distributing mailing, preparing Federal Express packages and mail deliveries, and assisting with special projects when required. Assisting the Escrow Officer in ordering payoffs, HOA documents, title work, funding / shipping files, preparing policies and duties in preparing the files for closing.
This is an office-based position from 8 : 30am to 5pm on a daily basis. Remote applicants will not be considered. One year of escrow experience is strongly preferred but not required. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, where your ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines will be key to your success.
